I am a mother, a first-generation Latina, and a daughter of immigrants, and my journey informs my work in the deepest way.
Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area as the child of immigrants, I learned early what it means to navigate worlds that weren't always built for us. That experience drives my commitment to working with people who are high-achieving on the outside while quietly struggling within.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Latinx Studies at San Francisco State University and a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I bring seven years of psychotherapy training rooted in humanistic, whole-person approaches to healing.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples, particularly those navigating identity, neurodiversity, and the pressures of modern life. Many of my clients are managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I believe that understanding how your brain works is the first step toward real relief. I offer concrete, practical tools so you can feel the difference in your everyday life, not just in the therapy room.
My goal is simple: I want people to leave feeling free. Free from the burdens they carry, and from the self-imposed limitations that can make us feel like life is just supposed to be this hard. It doesn't have to be. Change is possible, ease is possible, and struggle doesn't have to be the baseline.

I value authenticity, which means I show up honestly as a participant in the therapeutic relationship, not as a blank slate. Together, we'll build something that fits your life, your culture, your brain, your story.
